The final pieces of equipment and hardware are being installed on the roof and the first layers of the roofing are down giving us a more protected building should we experience any unforeseen weather. The framing and drywall are nearing completion with the units being done next month and the lobbies, back of house, and meeting spaces completing in December. Our unit finishes are ramping up production, increasing in efficiency and quality. The Residences Inn units are getting cabinetry and tile floors installed. The Courtyard rooms are coming together with carpeting and base installation. The pool is being prepared for shotcrete and should be placed in early October. The bottom two Public Space floors are now being prepared to have the exterior curtain wall installed. All of the precast panels are in and complete, the next step will be to caulk the entire exterior skin giving us a completely waterproof building.
