August was another busy month, the roof equipment and framing was completed, with the built up roofing work starting. We will have a completely water tight building by the end of October and before the beginning of the rainy season. The final pieces of precast and glazing were installed on the tower and the bottom 2 floors of curtain wall and precast are now being installed. By completing the lower floor exteriors, it allows us to start the lobby and back of house finishes. The interior framing and drywall is moving up the building quickly as we are on the 16th floor with production drywall. The interior unit finishes started last week and we are ramping up production on the wall covering and painting. The pool deck is coming along and the last of the cast in place concrete is being poured. Pool construction started and waterproofing around the on the 3rd floor is being completed. Elevators are in full production and installation mode with much of the equipment now being delivered to the site.
