July 2013 The roof is on and mechanical equipment is set. We are closing in the elevator penthouse and starting on installing machines and hoist ways. The helipad is poured and the Mechanical contractors are bringing up their pipes to start connections to equipment. Framing and Drywall are in full production and the exterior skin is on the building giving us a well protected site. The second and ground floor drywall installation has started and we are closing things up to get to the finishes in a couple of months.
