May 2013 The exterior thin-shell precast panels are now completed up to the 14th Floor. We are ramping up the interior framing and drywall preparing for the installation of drywall. The mechanical out buildings are enclosed and equipment will begin installation for the pool and building air distribution. We started to concrete walls around the pool and jumped on waterproofing the deck. We are scheduled to top out the roof structure June 25th as we continue to work efficiently up the tower with our concrete and rebar crews. The PODS are now being installed in their final locations ahead of the framing crews and MEPS rough in for switches, wiring and fixtures.
