June 2013 Top, Top, Topping Out! We placed the Roof Concrete Deck this month and removed the elevator core wall system. The concrete and reinforcing subcontractors are demobilizing their forces, the framers and drywall workers are ramping up. The Drywall and Framing is beginning to hit a good pace and should really pick up momentum as we move forward with production of the units. The pool deck structures are in place and now we can begin waterproofing and setting pool equipment. MEPS base building systems are on track and following closely behind the with the structure.
