The flurry of activity on the site continues to increase as more trades begin to work on the interiors and crews expand for new areas of work. DWP has accepted the vault construction and will begin installing permanent transformers and gear earlier than our schedule requires so we have effectively built in some cushion should there be any delay in their completion of the permanent power for the project. Our structural crews are now pouring each new floor on a 6 day cycle and continue to work well together as the tower pushes up to the roof. We are loading the building with our pre-fabricated bathrooms in preparation of the exterior skin starting installation in early April. Mechanical systems continue to chase along up the tower with their vertical stack rough in, as well as, the main building systems equipment on the lower floors. The masonry walls are nearing completion as they continue onto the 3rd floor amenities deck and mechanical rooms.
