  1. In January 2013 the 4th and 5th Floors were poured and the tower concrete is now on its way up the tower. Our plan is to be pouring a floor every 7 working days. Mechanical overhead piping, hangers and conduit has started and is progressing on the 1st and 2nd floors with framers laying out rooms, and setting the wall framing tracks. We received approval from Department of Water & Power (DWP) to complete the vault work for them. DWP is scheduled to come in and start building the permanent power equipment in April. The DWP finish slab was poured and the masonry walls are scheduled to start at the beginning of February. The material and personnel hoist (manlift) is installed and will be operational in February. We placed our equipment and mechanical pads on the 2nd floor and it is now ready for the equipment to arrive and begin installation. The City of Los Angeles Grading Inspector approved all of the completed work for the cut off of shoring beams, removal of tiebacks, termination of waterproofing and backfill of all the perimeter walls.
