The 3rd floor was poured out and completed on December 28th, stripping the forming on the lower levels 1 and 2 have begun in order to make way for the MEPS overhead piping and duct work. The garage overhead piping has started and the fire systems water tank was closed up and is currently being prepared to receive waterproofing. The perimeter tiebacks have been removed and the block outs patched. The top sections of the shoring beams are being cut off so that the exterior wall waterproofing can be completed and the walls backfilled. The concrete contractor has started the buildup of flying forms for the 4th floor through roof decks, in early January 2013 we will be starting the slender tower portion of the project and you will begin to see the project change as more subcontractors come on board and start work.
