November 2012 The Project continues to carry momentum into the 3rd floor as we are reaching to 35 feet in height above the street now, the subcontractors are working hard with our team to keep the high quality standards we set while maintain our flow and speed. The core wall system is working well and will continue to gain efficiency as the design of the rebar changes to less congested conditions up into the tower. We will soon begin laying out our first set of hotel room units on the 3rd floor as well as the all of the pool deck spaces. We began the removal of the perimeter shoring beams and tie-backs in anticipation of pouring perimeter curbs and installing masonry walls at the garage and ground floor. The mechanical, plumbing, electrical and fire sprinkler subcontractors are in the garage level installing overhead pipe and conduits for the building infrastructure.
