September was a critical month for the project where we were able to pass a couple of interim milestones. We completed the slab on grade along with all of vertical concrete walls and columns, including the main Hotel Tower Core Walls. We jumped the self-climbing wall system for the Hotel Tower for the first time and completed forming the ground floor deck. We made our first ground floor pour on the south side of the ground floor, and we are well on our way to completing the north ground floor slab that is scheduled to pour in early October. Another piece of interesting work coming on line is our installation of the first flights of precast stairs for the building. This is an innovative system that marks the first time it has been used in Los Angeles, it is working well in our first installations.
