  1. October has proven to be another productive month with momentum building up to a strong pace. The core continues to rise above the formed decks utilizing the self-climbing form system. The Mezzanine deck was formed and poured in time to complete the forming for the Level 2 deck. The top of the Level 2 slab is 20’ above the ground floor and has 10 drop beams, 1000’s of feet of PT cables, and numerous MEPS sleeves and inserts. The precast Redi-Stair system is proving to be efficient, as there is no need for temporary stairs. Although the architectural exterior shear wall located on the West face of the building is tedious, the finish of this wall is well above satisfactory. With the holidays approaching in November, SODO Builders believes that the month of November will solidify the upbeat tempo for this project.
