We started July by completing the mass excavation and erecting of the Tower Crane. 70% of footings and the Department of Water and Power (DWP) Vault were excavated, rebar installed and concrete poured. We jumped on the DWP Vault Walls and perimeter shotcrete walls to keep pace with the schedule for backfilling and MEP underground work. The perimeter waterproofing was completed and we began placing the perimeter shotcrete walls.
