In June construction activities really started to heat up and the pace of work is quickening. We completed all of the shoring and tieback operations, completed all the mass excavation activities, and reached our final subgrade basement elevations. We began excavating foundations, starting with the tower crane base, electrical vault and the tower core wall footing. We have installed 175,000 pounds of reinforcing steel and placed approximately 300 cubic yards of concrete. We also stood the tower crane base section and poured the footing in preparation of erecting the tower crane in early July. Perimeter wall waterproofing started, the electrical vault floor waterproofing was completed, and reinforcing steel is being installed.
