The exterior glazing is in full swing at the lobby entrance and should be complete in January. The hotel room interiors are pushing hard to completion and public spaces are taking shape. The 6th floor finished units and corridor mock up is almost ready for Owner and Marriott review. With Owner and Marriott sign off, we will begin to finish out all of the corridors up the tower. The back of house space is being finished out with flooring, fiberglass reinforced panels s and paint. We are inching our way to having our permanent power turned on in the building which will allow us to run all the elevators, start MEPS system testing, remove the temporary electrical service and begin all of the site work.
